Antique KA-BAR UNION Swell-Center Folding Hunter Colorful Metal Flake Handles

  

KA-BAR is the tang stamp. UNION CUT CO LEAN NY on back tang.

1920's to early 1940's. "Swell-Center Folding Hunter" pattern, 5-1/4 closed. Nickel silver pins, brass liners. Blade has strong snap, no wobble.

Used, sharpened, blade is near full with minor sharpening loss, patina and stains. Each side has tiny stress lines, one minor crack - at the lower bolster handle pins - see photos.
