Antique RARE BEIN LX, Stag Handled, Brass Bolsters, Folding Pocket Knife

  

This ancient folder looks to be foreignperhaps FRENCH? It is approximately 3 5/8 long when closed. The beautiful, old, aged stag handles are creack/chip free.

The large clip blade is stamped witha difficult to read name that looks like BEIN_LX(see pics) where the "N" may be an x or k and, the last letter, "X", may be a k???? If anyone recognizes this old, old mark, please let me know and I will add it to this description.
