WITH A LOUPE, YOU CAN SEE IT'S HAD AN OLD REPAIR THERE FROM THE EDGE UP TO THE BRASS RIVET... YOU CAN PUSH IT IN WITH YOUR FINGER TIP TOWARDS THE BRASS LINER, BUT IT SPRINGS BACK WHEN YOU LET OFF..
