This military sword is an exact WW2 Japanese sword reproduction. Our Shin Gunto sword is hand forged from a single piece of high quality folded steel. The blade is clay tempered and water quenched with a clear wave Hamon line, showcasing the soft flexible spine, and the strong, hard & razor sharp edge. The sword fittings and scabbard materials are all high-end quality and in full Japanese WW2 character. This full tang modern katana is not only a beautiful work of historical art, it's also a battle ready sword of war and extremely deadly.
